Donita Gwin brings over 15 years of success in business management and office administration, with particular expertise in organizational efficiency and relationship management. Her experience includes serving as a personal assistant to a physician executive, where she coordinated  outreach and external relations efforts. She has consistently demonstrated success in implementing systems that improve operational efficiency and communication across healthcare and community organizations.

Ms. Gwin contributes strong organizational and strategic thinking skills to the board, with core competencies in relationship management, problem assessment, and solution development.
