Meet Earl Chambers, a dynamic retired professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 50 years in healthcare with main concentration in clinical laboratory procedures and laboratory administration, surgery center development and implementation and healthcare consultant and speaker at healthcare conferences for health professionals. Mr. Chambers has made significant achievements in laboratory quality improvement and enhanced efficiency through Lean implementation. He also has a successful record of bringing laboratories into regulatory compliance through professional consulting. In addition, he was successful in the development, implementation, and administration of a surgery center. His leadership in Lean Six-Sigma projects has led to millions of dollars in savings, improvement in healthcare processes and various recognitions as outstanding employee, showcasing his dedication and expertise. 

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Chambers has garnered numerous accolades, including outstanding hospital director and outstanding hospital department.

Passionate about giving back, Mr. Chambers is deeply involved in supporting his church’s mission of meeting the social and personal needs of the indigent population in his community.He has made a lasting impact through his contributions to the organizational effectiveness, scholastic improvement and financial stability of the Shiloh Excel Seventh-Day Adventist Academy, a STEM plus elementary educational system. He is proud that his efforts have been successful in meeting the educational needs of boys and girls in an underprivileged community as they are prepared to pursue secondary education in the fields of science, modern mathematics, engineering, technology and information technology. 

When not immersed in his professional endeavors, Mr. Chambers loves reading, limited gardening, baking, limited biking, exercising, cake decorating, cooking, macramé, and volunteering when physically possible. Whether performing religious activities for spiritual growth or engaging in his hobbies for physical and emotional development, Mr. Chambers finds joy and fulfillment in personal growth through his faith in God and contributing to the betterment of his community and its residents.

Earl Chambers holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology (Minor in Chemistry), and a Master in Health Administration from the University of Memphis, Memphis, TN. He is a compassionate and empathetic visionary with great communication skills and extensive knowledge who is committed to cultural sensitivity and vulnerable populations. These qualities makes him a valuable asset to the Board of Directors.
