With over three decades of experience, Liz began her career at the front desk of a hotel and quickly transitioned into sales and marketing, becoming part of Marriott’s inaugural training program for Executive Meeting Managers. She has held senior roles within globally recognized hotel brands, including Marriott, Hilton, and Starwood, and managed a unique project in Monrovia, Liberia.
In 2019, Liz retired from corporate America to launch “The Hotel Lady,” a boutique consultancy supporting hotel owners and the entertainment industry. Her firm specialized in coordinating accommodations for touring performers and managing logistics for high-profile events, serving clients such as the NFL Coaches Summit and the Southern Christian Leadership Conference.
Liz also ventured into personal and professional development coaching, becoming a certified Strengths Coach and Life Coach. She focuses on helping clients rebuild their lives following narcissistic relationships through her three-step methodology—Discover, Transform, Thrive. In 2024, she launched the “Healing Self, Healing the World Conference on Narcissistic Awareness and Recovery,” underscoring her commitment to addressing the impacts of narcissistic abuse.
Throughout her illustrious career, Liz has garnered numerous accolades, including her pioneering role in Marriott’s Executive Meeting Managers program and her successful entrepreneurial venture as “The Hotel Lady.” Her work in coordinating high-profile events and supporting hotel owners during economic downturns has been instrumental in driving industry standards and excellence.
